Asked all MEWs owners for input on Building & Facility Usage for project planning and prioritization.


All owners were asked for input on key areas

We received a response from 16 owners (half the ownership). 
This is greatly appreciated and helpful in the HOA budget management decisions. 

 

Your survey response summary is below.
Of the responses received most owners use some or all the Community Center amenities.

Further input indicates that the Community Center is an important aspect of the Mews' market value.  
We will reach out again for further engagement.

 

Along with your input, the Board and Committees continue to be guided by three goals:
A.  Our public safety

B.  Our property value protection

C.  Sound fiscal management of the HOA.


With that focus we have studied and prioritized this year’s Reserve Study repair projects, starting with:

  • The replacement of our aged garage gate motors – APRIL 23rd – 24th
  • The pruning of the front yard and sidewalk trees – MAY 21st
  • The replacement of our broken HVAC system (mid - May)
  • The repair of the pool and spa crack repair and plaster resurfacing – JUNE 8th – 14th

We are in the process of getting final bids for the replacement of the exterior fire sprinklers which is mandated by the Fire Marshall. We will communicate the timing of this project when we have specific information.
