Good News!
All owners and renters will be able to view and talk to the person calling from the lobby call box.

When someone wants to gain access to our building they will press the button by your name from the call box.
Your phone will ring and you will be able to talk and view the person.

More Good News: 
The cost for this new security precaution is $3/per unit owner per month.  
If 2 people live in your unit, that is 
$1.50/per person/month or $18 annual per person.
 
This week 
Thursday 8/7 and Friday 8/8 is the launch.
Location = club house from 1 to 2. 

If you are available, show up either of these days.

If you are not available either of these days - no problem - we will handle your introduction when you are available and keep records who shows up and who is not available so everyone has specifics.
