On 7/22 
We had a Security Meeting at the MEWs.

We had around 50/55 people in total from 
the Mews, 
Various Bridgeton Community home owners,
Condos in next to us
&
Hayden Island.

We had people from boat safety and North Police officers.  

Michelle, did a great job of coordination, having refreshments and light snacks.  
A couple of key takeaways. 

They Caught the Guy:
The guy that hit us twice is in jail and this is not his first time.  So it looks like he will be going away and serve some time.
This is the guy, the police were able to match him to the sheets we gave them with his image, the matched the bike.  He was trespassing to a Trimet property when he was caught. 

The Bottle Drop Building is a Magnet:
The bottle drop decision might be closing or moving or not be able to extend it's lease.  That decision yes or no is happening sometime in August.   

FOOD CARTS:
If you didn't notice we have a Delta Park Food Cart area and an electronic car charging business is being added to area close to where Shari's was located. 

Dicks Sporting Goods:
Someone is under contract to create a climbing business in that location.  The contact is not firm, but serious talking is happening. 

BOULDERS & FENCES
Lots of money is being spent to improve and update Delta Park.  Boulders have been placed all over this area, new tall Black fences are be installed in many areas to keep people from driving cars and campers into open areas.  

Bottom line, things are happening and improving in our community!!!
