GARAGE DOOR GATES
The in and out garage gates open and will remain open and
unlocked until the power is restored,
or a board member manually closes them by resetting and releasing the motors.
GARAGE OVERHEAD LIGHTS
Additionally in the garage we have emergency overhead fluorescent lights that will automatically light.
These emergency over head lights will stay on for about 90 minutes.
LOBBY ENTRY DOOR
If you are at the front door in the lobby your Key FOB will not work.
If you have a manual key it will open the door if you do not reach out to Craig Lee.
Otherwise someone in the building must open the door to let you in.
