LOBBY IMPROVEMENTS
HAPPENING NOW!

Between now and Christmas our lobby entry way will be getting a little face lift. 
This face lift will include some painting, wall treatments/repairs and a change out of a few furniture items.

Total Cost = $1,500. 
This small spent will be a huge facelift. 
Your member dues at work.
WET PAINT Signs will be posted as needed.

All labor costs are FREE to us and not coming out of our member funds. 
All work/labor is being by done by owner/residents.

THE PORTLAND FOOD PANTRY BOX
Times are hard for a lot of people these days.  The food pantry collection box has been moved to the garage. 

If you buy a few items extra, that might be
“buy one get one FREE”, etc. 

Please place the extras in the plastic totes now located in the garage.
