Hello Fellow Owners:
Here are some images of the people that have been intruding onto our property.

Please be on the lookout for them.

FYI:
They have lots of distinctive characteristics.  Shoe colors, hat colors, hair color, back pack etc.
These appear to be young people with problems.

We are fairly certain that their path of entry onto our property is walk along our neighbors condo wall with the White fence (East Side of our building), jump from that ledge to the deck in front of the hot tub and from there they can go up/down via any of the 3 stair wells and go where they want.

You can help by: 
A. Make sure doors are closed and locked as you walk by them. 
Stronger door closer arms and maintenance is in process. 
B.  When you go through doors throughout the building - look down and see if there is any duct tape on the door jam or lock bolt.

Damages:

A truck window was broken, power tools have been taken, cameras have been taken down.
We think the camera removal is so we won't have images. 
Going forward some cameras will have their data storage on the cloud versus the chip in the camera.

Things should know:
Police reports have been filed and are being filed.
Door plates are being installed or beefed up, so they can't be jimmied open.
Door Closer maintenance is happening.
12 more cameras have been ordered.
8 more dusk to down motion sensor lights have been ordered.
Razor wire has been ordered.  
It will used smartly and signed with the proper signage displayed from a legal standpoint.
