*****************************IMPORTANT********************************All your board members know how to shut off the water if we have a Sprinkler line break, so call them first for assistance.  The sprinkler company that services our complex is - Fire System West, Inc.  360 693 9906, if a board member can not be reached.  The Sprinkler shut off is in the garage, east side of the building, behind a door that reads:  Sprinkler Room.

We have 2 Thermostats in the Club House:
The thermostat in the conference room & the thermostat in the Great Room (located: across from the fireplace) are program to work together and change the temperature of the room.
Just press the up or down arrow and nothing else to change the temperature.
